Protect your Bones
3-Way Calcium Complex™ with ABCD™ is formulated with three forms of calcium for high bioavailability, along with cofactors that help your body use calcium: A - Vitamin A, a nontoxic form (beta carotene), B - boron, C - Vitamin C, and D - Vitamin D. This formulation was designed by life extension scientists Durk Pearson & Sandy Shaw® for their own daily use.*
A recent National Institutes of Health conference found that a large percentage of Americans fail to meet the minimum requirements for optimal calcium intake.1* You would have to drink the better part of a quart of milk to equal the recommended daily allowance for calcium, 1,000 mg/day, every day.
Surprisingly, new data from another study indicates not only that millions of American adults lack enough vitamin D to protect their bones, but that the new upgraded government recommendations may be woefully inadequate to prevent brittle bones in older adults.2* Even among many adults taking the recommended amounts at 400-600 IU per day, blood levels of vitamin D levels were considered insufficient.
And that's not all. In addition to three bioavailable forms of calcium (as tricalcium phosphate, calcium citrate, and calcium ascorbate) and vitamin D,
Durk & Sandy designed this formulation because they weren't satisfied with the calcium supplements already on the market place. With the ideas that they have intelligently concentrated into their 3-Way Calcium Complex, you may now be satisfied too.
Physical activity and adequate calcium intake throughout life, as part of a well-balanced diet, may reduce the risk of osteoporosis.*
Adequate calcium and vitamin D as part of a healthful diet, throughout life along with physical activity, may reduce the risk of osteoporosis in later life.*
Some scientific evidence suggests that calcium supplements may reduce the risk of hypertension. However, FDA has determined that the evidence is inconsistent and not conclusive.
Suggested Use: Take 1 capsule 3 times per day with meals and optionally at bedtime.
Caution: Keep out of reach of children. Use only as directed. Not for use by children or by pregnant or lactating women.

I have a history of loose teeth and have been getting a lot of dental work done over the last few years. I needed a tooth implant, but there was concern about whether I had enough bone density in my jawbone, so my periodontist took x-rays to find out. “Wow!” he proclaimed. “You have the best bone density I have seen in 18 years of practice!” I smiled, telling him that I attributed it to the long-term use of a calcium formulation containing three forms of calcium, along with vitamins A, C, and D, and the mineral boron. I also took an arginine containing GH-release formulation containing arginine, as well, choline and vitamin B5. I'm of the belief that this made my tooth implant possible.
