I find that the Sleep Tight works very well – I’ve even sent it to a couple of people for them to try out too. It helps me rest during the night - it’s a refreshing sleep. My mood seems to be enhanced in the morning when I get up. I’ve tried several different other ones, but Sleep Tight seems to do the best job.
