Wholesale Agreement

General Terms Of Agreement

To qualify for wholesale purchases, you must hold and provide proof of a valid retail license. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you certify that you are such. You are only authorized to sell through the company that you have listed. Secondary stores, as well as website and online sales, must receive prior written approval. MAP pricing is required.

Order Requirements

  • Minimum order – 1 case per SKU. Case sizes may vary and are a maximum of 12 units.
  • Reseller Certification needs to be on file before 1st order is placed and a copy of your business license; this can be or emailed to wholesale@life-enhancement.com or uploaded when you apply through our online application.
  • Terms – 100% at shipping
  • Shipping fee applicable on all orders

Payment Information

  • We accept payments via all major credit cards, [Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and Amex], and check. 
  • Orders must be pre-paid; we are not able to offer accounts/terms. You will be emailed the invoice, and goods will be held for five business days pending payment. Please note that we only hold limited stock, so all orders will be held for a maximum of 7 business days before being returned to inventory.
