If you are not satisfied in every way, return the unused portion within 90 days of receipt, and we will issue you a full credit towards another purchase, or refund 100% of your money excluding shipping, Smartz drinks, books, or accessories. Credit type (refund or store credit) will be determined according to your preference. Please note that store credit issued for the return of items purchased via the web site MUST be redeemed via phone orders, and is not redeemable via the web site.
If you received a six-month subscription to Life Enhancement magazine with your purchase, the product return will not effect your continued subscription.

To return a purchase, please include a copy of your original invoice along with a brief description of why you are returning the web product. Also, please let us know in writing whether you would prefer your refund as a credit to your card or as an in-house credit towards your next purchase. Credits applied to credit cards will be issued immediately but may take 15 to 30 days for credit card banks to process.
