Excessive consumption of L-phenylalanine or caffeine may cause insomnia, especially when taken in the late afternoon or evening. If insomnia occurs, reducing the amount consumed by 1/2 will usually correct the problem. If insomnia is a problem, we suggest drinking FastBLAST only once per day for the first week, right after you arise in the morning. During the second week and thereafter, drink it twice per day, upon arising and an hour before lunch.

Suggested Use: For adults only. Place one tablespoon of mix in 4 to 8 ounces of cold water or fruit juice. Stir briskly and drink. Serve over ice for best flavor. Consume as desired 1 to 3 times per day. For best results drink immediately upon awakening, on an empty stomach or about one hour before a meal or usual snack time.

Those little energy drink cartons work great, but they’re so expensive! And I remembered that I could get the same ingredients in the Blast powder for the cost of like 10 of those little things! I’m going to bring some of your energy drink mix to the gym with me and share it with the trainers. The Blast has worked great for me.

I want to get off of Lexapro^® [a major antidepressant] as soon as I can, because I don’t like the side effects. However, every time I try to ease off, I begin having problems again. So after I read your article on phenylalanine (“Phenylalanine May Cheer You Up”) in the August 2008 issue, I ordered FastBLAST and began feeling better in a few days. I am taking it three times a day, which seems to be the right amount. When I cut back to two drinks a day, I was not feeling as well. I’ve ordered two bottles and will let you know how it affects me in the long run. All in all, a very interesting report.

I have been using Durk Pearson and Sandy Shaw’s FastBLAST since the 1980s. In 1990 I had a 12-lb cancerous tumor removed from my stomach, along with one kidney. I was weak, but I had to work. My doctor recommended that I continue taking the FastBLAST, with additional vitamin C. I took this several times during the day, and it gave me a tremendous boost! I was able to get up in the morning and go to one job, then come home, sleep for awhile, have dinner along with another dose of FastBLAST and vitamin C, and then go to work at my health food store. Don’t ever change the formulation of FastBLAST, or you will lose me as a customer.

I love FastBLAST. I can not drink coffee anymore. It causes me to have acid reflux and heartburn. So I take FastBLAST as an alternative to drinking coffee.

It's been a few years since I last used this product (FastBLAST), but I remain confident that it continues to deliver.
