Brain Omega™ is a foundational product for your brain. Brain Omega formula is based on scientific research demonstrating the beneficial combination of DHA/Lutein/Zeaxanthin in young and old. The combination of high potency DHA along with lutein and zeaxanthin has been shown to improve cognition, recall, visual performance and brain efficiency. Additionally, individuals with higher levels of Omega-3’s have longer lifespans, less sudden cardiac death, bigger memory centers in their brains, better working memory, lower risk of dementia, and less eye-related diseases.
Studies have even shown Omega-3s help depression more positively than SSRI’s. Brain-Omega is a proprietary blend of Omega-3, Lutein, and Zeaxanthin, like no other product ever.
Each easy-to-swallow gel cap (perfect for kids) is packed with pure Omega-3 fish oil from sustainably harvested fish and a powerful and potent dose of pure DHA and Lutemax 2020,® a patent-pending form of Lutein/zeaxanthin used in clinical trials.
Research has shown the combination of DHA and Lutein/Zeaxanthin is essential for your brain health.

I think this is a very good supplement but I find it to be out of my price range. As of this review one bottle costs $56.00. It definitely has ingredients that are good for brain and eye health, but I have seen those sold separately for a lot less money. But, this supplement is very convenient and not hard to swallow and I would have no problem purchasing it if I could afford too. I think as we age we should to take extra omegas, lutein and zeaxathin to keep our brain and eyes sharp.
This one is intriguing because, this is a special studied formula that they say seems to work very well in these exact amounts. I've learned something recently that makes me want to give this a real chance because, I started taking something for my stomach that was like this, a Patent Pending Formula that had much lower amounts of certain ingredients that I take regularly but, it had lots of other ingredients that made it actually work quite well; it surprised me! This has much lower amounts of DHA and EPA in it but, it actually has 4mg I'd Zeaxanthin in it and 20mg of Lutein in it and I generally take that separately and in lower doses so, as I said, only time will tell but, so far so good. I would swear by regularly taking DHA and EPA in one form or another to help keep the body and mind in order and even though this seems a little pricey, I do like how I'm feeling so far. I don't see anything about it's being tested and I always wish to be able to see that information on things I'm taking but, I'm glad I tried it and I hope this was helpful, even though not definitive. Stay Happy and Healthy Everyone!
I have been taking Omega-3 since 2011 on the advice of my eye doctor for dry eyes. It noticeably improved my dry eye condition. In this review, I am comparing Nature Made Triple Omega that I have been taking for years with Brain Omega. One Nature Made Triple Omega soft gel contains_ Omega-3 434 mg_ Omega-6 276 mg_ Omega-9 170 mgtotal of 880 mgBrain Omega serving size is two softgel, so I divided the information on the label in half so I can compare apples to apples._ EPA 45 mg (EPA is Long-chain omega-3 fatty acids Eicosapentaenoic acid)_ DHA 230 mg (DHA docosahexaenoic acid)total of 275 mgBrain Omega also has non-Omega-3 ingredients such as Lutein (10mg per softgel) and Zeaxanthin (2 mg per softgel) that come from leafy vegetables, which I am not including in this comparison as my specific interest is Omega 3.Now, the price comparison per one soft gel. At the time I write this review Nature Made Triple Omega is 150 gel caps is priced at $14.99 (10 cents per capsule and you need two for a daily dose). Brain Omega 180 gels are $56.06 (37 cents per softgel and you need two for a daily dose). If you are looking for Omega-3 product this is probably not the best option as it is pretty expensive relatively speaking, with a lower amount of Omega 3. My eye doc told me to shoot for around 2000 mg of Omega-3 a day. However, the size of each softgel was about half of the typical Omega 3 softgel, and these smaller gels are a lot easier to swallow.Ali Julia review
This Omega 3 supplement is high in DHA, which is very good for brain development. Overall, Omega 3's have a variety of benefits (in addition to what specific types support). You do get quite a bit in this supplement and it is good. The only thing is the price. It's really high and whether you get your bang for your buck is questionable.
