Excessive consumption of L-phenylalanine or caffeine may cause insomnia, especially when taken in the late afternoon or evening. If insomnia occurs, reducing the amount consumed by 1/2 will usually correct the problem. If insomnia is a problem, we suggest drinking WOW only once per day for the first week, right after you arise in the morning. During the second week and thereafter, drink it twice per day, upon arising and an hour before lunch.
Suggested Use: Mix one tablespoon of WOW with 4 to 8 ounces of cold water or fruit juice. Stir briskly and enjoy. For a refreshing twist, serve over ice. I ordered the product WOW, and I love it. The flavor is awesome! I used this product several years ago and I loved it then. I had lost weight back then and I felt great. Like I can take on the world. That is how I feel now. WOW! What a product.

I’m 63 years old, almost 64, and work full time. What I like most about the WOW is, I am go-going from 5 in the morning to 11 at night, and if it wasn’t for this product, I don’t know if I could do it. It gives me the energy I need plus an overall feeling of well being. I drink it twice a day - in the morning and then again around 2 in the afternoon. I actually remember Durk telling us in a seminar years ago that the caffeine in the WOW is different because it affects the adrenaline, not the nervous system like coffee does. And I am extremely sensitive to caffeine – I can’t even drink caffeinated coffee, but I can drink this product.

There was a time that Durk & Sandy's product changed to another name and went elsewhere...With difficulty, I pursued the product (originally named WOW!). Luckily, I always bought in quantity and found it again. Then it went elsewhere and I STILL pursued it. I have taken this product for 9 years! I love it! I have been healthier than when I was a child!
